refund policy

Our refund and return policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Certain types of goods cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-returnable items:

Gift cards
Downloadable software
Certain health and personal care items

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.

Do not return purchases to the manufacturer.

In some situations, only partial refunds will be granted:

Books that show obvious signs of use
Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes or vinyl records.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or not.
